Open your browser's Add-ons Manager and go to Themes. All the themes you have installed will be listed, and each will have a "Remove" button.

Best night-theme for Pale Moon! Subtle blend of dark red and the deepest black. Only issue: I keep forgetting where the reload button [small icons] is, as it is very dim and small and not the familiar circular arrows. Other than that, Perfect (five out of five howls)!

Awesome theme! I especially like the larger icons and the muted red color that doesn't jump out at me. However, there is no "X" on the right side of the tabs to close them individually. Is this intentional. It seems the only way to close a tab is to right-click and select "Close tab". Not a deal-breaker, but maybe a bit more clunky than just clicking on the "X". Anyhow, thanks for a cool theme!

That feature is controlled by an about:config option, browser.tabs.closeButtons. For more information, see <http://kb.mozillazine.org/Browser.tabs.closeButtons>.

Yep, that did it. Apparently that config setting did not "take" when I installed Pale Moon, as the value was set to '1' (close buttons on all tabs). After setting it to '0' and then back to '1', there are close buttons on all tabs now.
