I need some help testing out the new version before I put it up for release. Particularly integrating drivers and toggling features and all that fun stuff. Since it takes a lot of time and I only have two computers, it's very difficult to test all the different possibilities SLIPS7REAM has now. If you're interested in trying v3.19, please contact me in any way you see fit. The only requirement is that if it spits out a log file on your desktop, you have to send that file to me. (Don't worry, it doesn't contain anything weird, and you can read it yourself. And unless there's actually a problem, no log file will be created.)

Sounds like your copy of the .NET Framework has an issue or is incomplete. Try installing the latest version (4.6.2) from <https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53344> or through Windows Update. The issue seems related to the Common File Dialog attempting to use your native language and requiring a WPF-related DLL, which might not be included in the Client Profile of .NET 4.0, or may simply not function correctly with your localization. If updating the .NET Framework does not work, you can place a copy of the file in its location as the error describes: <http://uploads.realityripple.com/Projects/wpfgfx_v0400.zip>.

Forgot to include "Microsoft.WindowsAPICodePack.Shell.dll" in the installer. It's been added in now. Just reinstall with a new copy of the installer and the error should be gone.
