 I am looking for a program that will make my wheel tilt open my magnify program.
What do you get if you multiply three by four?

 I'm afraid Mouse Manager and Advanced Mouse Manager only have the option to emulate keyboard keys, not launch applications.
What do you get if you multiply three by four?

 Could you use a key combination like CTRL + ALT + F7 or any other and then attach a macro that would open the application to the key sequence?

 I mean... I think so? It would sort of depend on the program that set up the Macro and how it behaves with the Mouse Manager keypress emulation.
