 Setting the permissions to 0x7F7 or subtracting 0x800 unfortunately doesn't work correctly. The broadcaster's emotes will still show up on the emote wall. Aside from that, this is by far the best and most configurable emote wall I've found.

 I'm not certain, but broadcasters may also have the moderator tag. I will look into this and get back to you, though!

 Ah, not moderators, but subscribers. Broadcasters count as Tier 3 subscribers in their own channels, if they're Affiliate or Partner level.

 For the record, telling the bot to ignore my own name did work, so there was a workaround in place.
