How can I change 4 and 5 buttons? I mean in my mouse Button 4 is for Back nad button 5 is for Forward. I'd like to rotate it - make button 4 for Forward and button 5 for Back.

I'm afraid Mouse Manager only has the option to emulate keyboard keys, not mouse buttons.

However, it is possible to use the keyboard commands Alt+Left Arrow and Alt+Right Arrow instead, if you only care about the functionality in applications that support those keyboard shortcuts, such as web browsers.

 Hello.

I've scoured the internet. This application is the ONLY one that is this easy to use and can add complex combinations to a mouse. I've rated it 5 stars for that. But is it possible to make it emulate mouse clicks? If not can you add it in a future update or in a pro version. 100% I would pay for it then and I bet many others would too. It is the only thing stopping mouse manager from being perfect. Just please add this feature as i'm pretty sure it would'nt be much harder than making this program and you would profit from it.

Think about it. Take it into consideration. This is the ONLY thing missing
  I beg of you,
Yazan the person who just wants to make his mouse buttons emulate complex keyboard combinations AND CLICKS.

I'm afraid mouse click emulation is very different from key press emulation. It would add cursor stuttering and would likely result in major lag, clicks getting "stuck", and other weird and unwanted behavior.

People have been requesting this option for the last 8 years - if it was possible to achieve in a functional manner, I would have added it. It might not seem much harder, but it's actually practically impossible.

The fourth button does not work. I intend to use it for Krita, and I want to use a keyboard shortcut and map it into the fourth mouse button to make my drawing progress faster. (This is at the time where I didn't know the advanced version exists lol, but oh well). However, whenever I try to map the fourth button, it simply does not work. My OS is Windows 10 and the laptop brand is Asus. I use a Tylex X-W22, which has the four buttons, with the fourth button located below the middle mouse button. Thank you

Sorry, there's currently no simple way to do this. You'll need to use your registry editor to modify a profile manually:
 1) Close Mouse Manager through the tray icon next to your clock. Then open your Start menu and search for "regedit.exe".
 2) Navigate to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\RealityRipple Software\Mouse Manager\Profiles" - you can paste this into the bar at the top of regedit.
 3) Choose an existing profile in the list of sub-items under "Profiles" on the left-side tree.
 4) Double-click on Button4 and/or Button5 in the list on the right to change the values to "Volume_Up", "Volume_Down", "Volume_Mute", etc...
 5) Start Mouse Manager again through your Start Menu.

You can also assign values manually this way using any of the "Case" entries listed here: <https://github.com/RealityRipple/Mouse-Manager/blob/71fd1885fb164e0e2117ce4264d40fe750c2adee/MouseManager/frmOptions.vb#L723>

Really not looking to bind keys to extra mouse buttons, but instead for Windows/games to treat the buttons as unique buttons. For example, mostly all games let you set game functions to keys or to Mouse 1 or Mouse 2. I want to be able to set a game function to Mouse 4. I don't want to use up key strokes such as bind Mouse 4 to the keyboard key "K". That uses up K, and all keys are usually logically assigned to a function already by the game. I want to assign (keymap) a "Mouse 4" to the game function "Jump" (for example) rather than assign "K" to "Jump" and then Mouse 4 to "K". Just like I can assign "Mouse 2" to "Jump" function, want to be able to directly assign "Mouse 4" to "Jump" function. However all these "systems" seem to only allow game functions to recognize there's a mouse button 1 and 2 and wheel, but not 3 or more.
