Designed for Technicians and Developers, Slips7ream will help you package and update your Windows 7 installation without the hassle of the command line.

Slips7ream is designed to update Windows Images or installer ISOs with the latest updates, saving you hours after a new installation. It can merge multiple images to create All-in-One packages, update RTM images to Service Pack 1, and load new updates onto an entire set of packages at once. Slis7ream's simple interface is easy enough for the layman user to work with, but useful enough for even the most advanced techy to appreciate it.

Slips7ream supports integration of Windows Updates, diverse Language Interfaces, Internet Explorer 10 & 11, Language packs for Internet Explorer, and Service Pack 1. It also supports manipulating packages to unlock, add, or remove different Editions of Windows 7, and can help speed up fresh installations by hours.

Slips7ream is capable of manipulating both ISO files and WIMs for either powerful manipulation of an installer or quick integration of the latest updates. Multiple File System options are available for ISO generation, and files that break the 4 GB limit will prompt a dialog when you use the wrong File System. Slips7ream supports UEFI and Split Images, enabling compatibility with the latest computers and allowing otherwise oversized installations to be burned to regular DVDs or even CDs!

I need some help testing out the new version before I put it up for release. Particularly integrating drivers and toggling features and all that fun stuff. Since it takes a lot of time and I only have two computers, it's very difficult to test all the different possibilities SLIPS7REAM has now. If you're interested in trying v3.19, please contact me in any way you see fit. The only requirement is that if it spits out a log file on your desktop, you have to send that file to me. (Don't worry, it doesn't contain anything weird, and you can read it yourself. And unless there's actually a problem, no log file will be created.)

Sounds like your copy of the .NET Framework has an issue or is incomplete. Try installing the latest version (4.6.2) from <> or through Windows Update.
The issue seems related to the Common File Dialog attempting to use your native language and requiring a WPF-related DLL, which might not be included in the Client Profile of .NET 4.0, or may simply not function correctly with your localization.
If updating the .NET Framework does not work, you can place a copy of the file in its location as the error describes: <>.
