 Appears SRT is no longer working with NRTC meters. Getting the same error as Dave.

 Are you using Exede or something else? If it's DishNet, there's an issue which I'm looking into.

 My SRT hasn't been working since May 12 - I have Windows 10 and Exede. Did the update after the 12th, but still getting the exclamation point and no info on how much data I'm using.

 There was a second update - please make sure you're on version 1.3.51, not 1.3.5.

 I have 1.3.51 installed and My Microsoft .NET Framework is 4.6 and I'm still getting the ! when I try to refresh. I have Exede.

 If you're using the Remote Usage Service, it's not functional right now. It should be back up and running fairly soon, I hope, but in the meantime, you can remove your Product Key to use the regular program and should be able to connect.

 Hasn't worked since 5/12. Beta didn't help. Why not release the fix for Win 7,8,10? At least then some of us could use it.

 I did, 1.3.51 has been available for a long time. Only Vista, XP, Linux, Mac, and the Remote Usage Service are still having trouble.

 the update to 1.3.51 is when it stopped working. I reverted to 1.3.4.51, and it worked for a while.
 I just tried 1.3.51 again, and it still fails...

 What provider are you using and what error message are you receiving when attempting to connect? I can't imagine any reason an older version would work.

 The DishNet issue is nearly resolved - I had to completely redo the meter page reading and changed the connection code, now I'm just going through and adding error checks and other important things like that. There will probably be a BETA version by the end of the week, followed by a release if all goes well.
