Had had problems getting usage stats for past week. Could sometimes connect by Control+Refresh but not today. Also got "Empty Response".
I'm using SRT v 1.4.23, Win8, Exede/ViaSat.

More details on the problem would be appreciated. Is your browser blocking it? Does it mention the file being corrupt or anything else like that?

After Exede changed their name to Viasat (today), I can no longer connect. I get Authentication Failed: Connection redirected to...

Latest update worked. It now updates with Viasat.

Installed 1.4.19, when I try to refresh it goes in an endless loop re-downloading AJAX data.

When you check your usage through their site, is it showing your meter? Regardless, I'll need to fix the endless loop as it's only supposed to try the short set and then iterate through all of them if it fails, not keep looping.

Yup, they changed something again about three hours ago. Looking into it now. Expect a fix by the morning, if not later this evening.
